Do you accept health insurance?

-I do not accept any form of health insurance. Acceptable forms of payment are credit card, personal checks, and cash.

What is the difference between life coaching and traditional therapy?

-The life coaching that I do is a bit more proactive than the typical therapy model. We address where you are at now and what you are struggling with while also working towards what you want to be experiencing instead. We will discuss things like family beliefs and past experiences but only to discover what is needed there to help you redefine and reframe it. The work is about moving you forward as quickly and efficiently as possible.

I am not interested in any type of healing work. Can I still work with you?

-The healing work I offer is an intrinsic and essential part of the process I do with clients. It is a big part of what makes the coaching much quicker and more effective. The changes my clients receive come from the whole self approach I take to ensuring that everything is in alignment with their highest self including spiritual, mental, and emotional.

Do you offer single sessions?

- At this time I do not offer single sessions to clients. All of my clients work with me twice a month for as long as needed for their individual process. Most of my clients work with me for an average of 3-6 months.

Do you work with couples or families?

-The majority of my sessions are with individuals. I do, however, make exceptions occasionally for couples when it’s the right fit.

Can I work with you in person?

-Yes. I have an office space in Mesa off of Alma School and Elliot. I also offer distance coaching through Skype and over the phone.

I have a family member or friend I want to work with you. Can I fill out a discovery form for them?

-I’d prefer that you send my website to them and have them fill out the form if it feels right. I understand the desire to help family and friends in need but it’s usually best for them to reach out because they have to want the change for themselves.
